On Wednesday 9th of May, we got to visit the Art Gallery in Christchurch.  We saw some pretty amazing Artworks and we enjoyed exploring different parts of the Art Gallery.  The highlight was our lesson on Print Making.  During this lesson we made designs based on symbols that were important to us and our families. Once we had made our designs and pressed them into a piece of foam, we rolled ink over them and pressed them onto paper.  The results were pretty amazing and we learnt a new and cool way to make artworks.

Working on my creation:

The images on my print are my family.

I chose these images because i love them.

Something I really enjoyed about this was i enjoyed printing on to my card.

My next step will be adding more creations to my work.
